Questions we get every week

Before you commit

Will it run on our shop's power supply?
It needs a stable 220 V single phase line with proper earthing. Most workshops in the region need a servo stabiliser. We confirm the exact load rating and check your supply before dispatch, because voltage swing is the single biggest cause of head failure we see.
How long do the printheads actually last?
Between fourteen and twenty two months in normal use. Daily capping and weekly flush discipline decides where you land in that range.
Can we use ink bought from someone else?
Technically yes, but mismatched solvent formulations are the most common reason a head dies early, and third party ink damage is not covered under warranty. We supply ink matched to the head set, batch tested before dispatch.
Do you take our old machine in exchange?
Yes, on working solvent printers under eight years old. Valuation happens on site and the amount is set against the new machine.
