A maintenance contract is not insurance. It is the reason the failure gets caught during a scheduled visit instead of on the morning of a delivery.

Year one, included

Warranty runs from installation, not invoice date. Phone and video support, and an engineer on site where the fault needs one.

After that, extended cover

Annual maintenance is offered on request. Scope depends on the machine and your running hours, so we quote it rather than list it.

Wear parts are stocked in Prayagraj and Varanasi whether you hold a contract or not.

What actually happens when the engineer arrives.

Head check

Nozzle test, deviation map, purge and manual clean.

Ink path

Dampers, filters, pumps and tubing inspected.

Motion

Carriage belt, rail cleaning, encoder strip wipe.

Electrical

Voltage under load, earthing continuity checked.

Report

A written condition sheet for the next six months.

Four faults you can usually clear yourself.

Roughly a third of the calls we take are solved on the phone in ten minutes.

Still stuck, raise a call

Banding across the print

Almost always a partially blocked nozzle or media tension. Run a nozzle check first. If a whole row is gone, stop purging and call us, continued purging can damage the head.

Colour shifting between panels

Usually a temperature difference rather than a machine fault. Check that both heaters reached set point before the run started.

Media skewing or wrinkling

Check roll seating and tension bar first. Wrinkling on flex is often over heating, drop the platen heater by five degrees and test again.

Machine not powering up

Check the stabiliser output before the machine. Low input voltage during peak load is the most common cause in this region.

Prayagraj holds the full spares depot, Varanasi holds the fast moving parts, so a wear item usually ships from the nearer of the two rather than from Delhi.
