What this site collects
This website does not have a server-side database. The enquiry forms on this site (on the homepage, machine pages, and the Contact page) build an email or a WhatsApp message on your own device, addressed to us, using whatever you type into the form. Nothing is transmitted to Shubh Sinage or stored anywhere until you press send in your own email or WhatsApp app. If you close the tab without sending, we never receive or see anything you typed.
What happens once you send it
Once you send that email or WhatsApp message, it reaches us the same way any email or WhatsApp message does, through our own inbox at sunilmishra@shubhsinage.com or our business number, +91 98380 77501. We use the information you send, such as your name, phone number, business name, district and what you print, only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, or arrange a demo. We do not sell, rent or share it with anyone outside Shubh Sinage.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies, does not run analytics or advertising scripts, and does not track visitors across other websites. Nothing on this site profiles you or follows you around the web.
Product photography
Most machine and material photographs on this site were taken on our own floor, of our own equipment and stock. A small number of images, mainly for machines and materials we have not yet photographed ourselves, are AI-generated illustrations rather than real photographs. We use these only as placeholders until we can replace them with our own photography, and we do not present them as photographs of our actual equipment.
What we keep, and for how long
Beyond the email or WhatsApp thread itself, which is kept the same way any business correspondence is kept, we do not maintain a separate customer database from this website. If you would like us to delete a past enquiry from our records, write to sunilmishra@shubhsinage.com and we will do so.
Children
This site is intended for business enquiries from adults and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If how this site handles information ever changes, for example if we add a server-side booking system in future, we will update this page to describe it honestly rather than leave outdated claims here.
