Buying guide
A buyer's guide from the people who install and service these machines, working out of Muir Road, Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh. Prayagraj is the current name of Allahabad, and you may also see it written Prayag Raj.
Tell us what you print and what you charge for it. Most buyers leave with the configuration that pays back fastest, so this guide is organised by the work you want to take on. Every machine below has its own page with the full overview.
The Konica 512i C8 carries eight heads across a ten foot bed and is the machine most shops in the region run. The four head 512i is the entry point into solvent printing, with the same heads at half the throughput. For single piece hoardings without a seam there is a sixteen foot digital flex machine, and for continuous roll work such as election, festival and campaign runs there is a banner printing machine. The Konica Minolta flex printer is slower than the C8 but gives cleaner gradients for photo work.
The UV flatbed printer prints directly on acrylic, ACP, glass, wood, tiles and phone cases, with no mount or mould needed. The UV roll to roll printer, 1.9 m, handles backlit film, vehicle wrap and soft signage without the solvent smell.
The CNC router, 8 by 4, cuts acrylic and does channel letters, ACP grooving and MDF cut outs, on a vacuum bed with a water cooled spindle. The CO2 laser cutter gives acrylic letters a polished edge straight off the bed and also engraves gifts and awards.
The film lamination machine applies cold laminate to vinyl and photo prints, and is the cheapest upgrade that raises what you can charge.
No machine leaves on the strength of a specification sheet. Send us a job you actually sell and we run it and walk you through the result on a call, free, with no obligation to buy. Demo slots run Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00, and which model we can show live changes as units come up in our own workshop, so ask when you enquire.
If you already own a working solvent printer under eight years old, we take it in exchange, with the valuation done on site and set against the new machine. Financing terms vary by machine and by buyer, so speak to Sunil Mishra directly on +91 98380 77501 and he will work through the options with you.
From demo to first print takes roughly three weeks, in five steps: demo, finance and paperwork, delivery, installation and training, then the warranty begins.
Machines travel by insured road transport, with site power and earthing checked before dispatch. Installation and levelling are included, along with one day of operator training covering RIP software, colour profiling and daily head cleaning, on your own machine.
The RIP licence and ICC profiles, a starter ink and cleaning kit, and a spare damper and wiper set come with the machine.
Twelve months on the machine and six months on the printheads, from the day of installation. Dampers, wiper blades, the capping station and the carriage belt are held in Prayagraj and Varanasi, not ordered from Delhi, and phone support is the same day.
We do not publish machine prices. Bed width, head count and ink system all move the figure, so we send a written quotation against your requirement with the running cost alongside it. Call, WhatsApp or use the enquiry form and tell us what you print. For the wider picture, see the full machine range and the districts we deliver to.
